Conference prices

Conference ticket (without accommodation)

€200

This fee includes:

• Full access to the conference programme
• Lunch, coffee, tea, and light snacks

Please note: dinners are not included.

Support ticket (without accommodation)

€250

By purchasing a support ticket, you help fund the scholarship programme and enable others to attend the conference.

Day ticket (no accommodation)

A day ticket for Tuesday or Wednesday (including dinner) is €95.

A day ticket for Thursday (excluding dinner) is €80.

To help ensure the safety of everyone involved, registration is required. All registrations will be reviewed by the conference team as part of our commitment to creating an inclusive and safer space. You will hear from the conference team as soon as possible regarding the status of your registration.

Registration for participants arranging their own accommodation will remain open until a few weeks before the conference.

Next steps

Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a confirmation. Payment will be arranged via invoice.

We recommend booking your travel only after receiving your confirmation. We suggest arriving in Amsterdam on Monday 27 July and departing on Friday 31 July, or extending your stay to join the Canal Parade on Saturday 1 August.
