The closing date for scholarship applications has passed.
People with limited financial means can apply for a partial or full scholarship to help cover travel, accommodation and conference costs. While our budget is limited, we aim to make it possible for as many people as possible to attend the Bi+ World Conference.
We strongly encourage applicants to explore funding options through their organisation or other sources, and to let us know if we can support them in that process.
Partial scholarship
Covers conference participation and accommodation.
Full scholarship
Covers conference participation, accommodation and travel costs.
Deadline
The deadline to apply for a scholarship is 28 February 2026. You will hear from the conference team no later than 31 March 2026.

Room sharing
Please note that participants receiving a scholarship will stay in a shared room, either at the conference hotel or at the second hotel, depending on availability. The second hotel is approximately 1 kilometre from the conference venue.
You will be able to indicate your room-sharing preferences as part of the process.
